Not true, I believe the soldier adding the leadership to himself as part of the soldier character bonus doesn't add to the damage calculation now. At one stage I personally did but I think the person who did the initial calculation messed up somewhere and it is at least now debatable

As a 150 I have less chance than someone is lower level than me since as you gain levels you do lose a little bit of damage because of the HP vs LD equation. That 10hp gained per level involuntarily doesnt help

Marginal difference. Considering that you gain four (possibly eight) points to leadership for each level, the advantage for a lower leveled player is not more than one or two damage points. Also, considering the level-based system for clothes nowadays, I think that only 140-149 people might have a small advantage.

The system has been changed. It's 1% for 1 consecutive day, 2% for two days, up to 4, then the 5th day is 15 nuggets, then it resets. I do need to move that record to the outdated section.
