Know they going after goober and me and my friends - just to clarify i was also a player that thought fort specialist changes to towers and restrictions in colo and doing testing (i was concerned in 100% of testing period my town was on losing side) and saw people unhappy and resulting forced major reshuffle where we had to leave what we all enjoyed and looked forward to logging in to fight with ideal team. No one really complaining anymore but our side cant win primetimes, people havent returned, Off hour battles were done which i can understand so could win some, but also was asked to stop cause it was clouding picture of current sittuation. Too much inno involvement sure.. but also know goober was trying to get one side who was freaking out about levels going ot 250 and all changed to construction build and boycotted colo and did what he thought best even if favoured one side. His involvement reduced and so people waiting to find out what next. As for fort specialist since, think trying to help against multi/spam digs (which was kuro's CM pet peeve long before fort specialists and ot new inno involvment) and setting up awesomias in wolrds where we would have none is cool.
He tried to help with migration by creating communications of different options, didnt go well, but cause of players, and needed after idaho disaster.
Sadly stuff like above is not shocking to me as player as seen so often and know i feel is offensive manipulating game and cheating while we build up teams "old fashioined way" of making it as nice as possible for players to play. This was in juarez, 4 months ago none of this existed.

So I'm not the only one who received these friendship requests ... Personally I'm seeing them after all their towns'names appeared though :
I only posted one message, and I got insulted. Nice lol. Seems like I touched a sensitive spot to cause this kind of reaction with only one message ...
But actually that's exactly what I was saying in my message : in my opinion the problem in Kansas wasn't really the battles themselves and their frequency, but the troll and cheat actions. Cause once again, I only talked about the big bunch of banned toons in my message cause that's an easily checkable fact (9 over 11 of the main digger's town members got banned (see report 5 Aug 11:00 pm), 14 over 16 of their fighters in the battle of 29 Jul got banned too, etc) but I didn't talk about all the trolling things I noticed cause I didn't make screenshots, it was too long to explain or the concerned toons are still not banned. And here, these friendship requests are a perfect illustration of what I didn't talk about lol.
But well, I guess the troll is having some fun here. Cause if he sent friends invites, it's obviously for us to talk about it. So here we go. This guy is just teasing the team and everyone.
If it's not already the case, maybe it'd be time for the team to forbid the use of vpn on The West ? There are some tools against that, like in streaming websites.

My only message talked about this, and just after I'm getting insulted IG. Wow ... a lot of water under the bridge since I last looked here. It seems to have strayed a long, long way from what the topic started off as. So I will be the first to say I like pineapple on my pizza.
I am none the wiser as to what all these strategists are doing now beyond giving freebies out at Awesomia and tinkering with set-ups there. What are they doing about 'regular' ffs and what is their remit after 6 months considering it? Indeed, do they have the power to do anything significant? We can all argue about rules on multis but really they are peripheral to the problems on many worlds.
To paraphrase Sanidh, much of the above strikes me as : This is the tale of two peoples: those who want to play the game and those who want to write War and Peace.

Fine, I have been told by CM and moderators alike that in order to look into the case they need an official ticket or their hands are tied by the rules laid out by laws in the what was it EU, not necessarily something american companies are required to do, which is why it is less familiar.
Are you happy, there has to be an official request, ie support ticket. But I am one who has no trust in support and also when I do have to use I mark mine for supporters who I know won't ban me just for daring to contact. Seems as the CM himself believes I attack them far too often to be allowed not to have the risk of ban hammer constantly hanging over me. So I totally do understand if another player avoids support altogether.
Anyway, if you don't like that answer, sure wait for someone more official, they are probably on vacation, be with you in a few months.
