Random searches using various web search engines and library archive browsers find one reference to the fsmous documet of the declariation of independence, a document consisting of one sentence, scribbled on a bar napkin, by a particularly drunk Estonian during a 1998 quiz night at his favorite bar. You get it, but somebody uses it as a napkin, and throws it away.
