We need a thread on founding a town & ghost towns, I think. This one - Founding a Town - has some really good info about choosng a ghost town and getting started but maybe it isn't the tidiest thread for covering all of it?

Question: What's the different between town founder and councilor?
Answer: Town founders can rename the town's name, also can promote some to town founder or councilor, councilor can just promote someone to councilor.
Question2: So, what's the different between councilor and citizen then?
Answer2: Councilors can edit someone elses posts, can invite someone, can kick out someone from the town, make threads "important", can change town profile. While just a normal citizen can't do any cool stuff.

Cowdy, Founder's are also the only ones who can "manage" the town forums.
I was at promotions, but not so long ago my councilor got upgraded, so i can't do any experiments to find other stuff.
