^^ chappybuddy so wat do u suggest for those who have joined the game earlier...leave the game??

just because our town has made construction..doesnt mean we have gotta be penalised....

Well, no one is being penalized. Even the newer towns are not guaranteed to get the new items. And the "older" and more established towns are more resourceful and better-connected anyway. I don't see any problems in making friends with newer towns to gain access to these new items.

To resort to leaving the game is being a bit dramatic here. Each town is still getting the same quantity of items with each upgrade.
