Just counted and I've done 60-70 individual quests, which while more then I thought, is quite a lot when I consider I've not even tried to do any for months... doesn't quite reach the 97.
But when I look at all the lower level and 'training' quests, the game takes you through... I guess I go back to thinking they are given out too easily to mean anything.
Interestingly, I can't find anyone with the Gold medal for quests either...
Believer achievement has something to do with praying, but I just tried what someone else got the achievement for and I got nothing....

Jim it also includes Quest Giver Quests, which you can't go and check, so it probably comes to 97

Just looking at a few of the guys in my town who do do questing and some of them have as many as 170, so you could well be right.
What are the medals for then?
