Anyway, legal immigrants are only required to speak, read and write English here if they are trying to become naturalized citizens. It isn't required for permanent residency (green cards).

first off when settlers came here ther WAS NO COUNTRY and while what happened to the native americans was a travisty the fact remains that there IS a country here now with IMMIGRATION LAWS
