Without checking them all, I believe all the Drop Bonus gear and buffs say "Improved Product Drop Chance" on them. Products are things that can go in your Product Slot (like Saddles). Smiling Pumpkins cannot fit into that slot, so it seems like this bonus would not be a help.

However, while checking up on them to make this reply, I noticed Smiling Pumpkins have a dollar value, $500. If you could find the right task, and get your Luck score low enough, without getting KOed for having low LP, you might get an extra one as a Luck drop!

i do it for achievements ... but these events just super annoying .. buffs are pointless from it .. give reskill potions from it to make it worth the time and effort

no they dont. nothing can increase the drop rate in terms of gear and buffs

No , it's pure RNG. It can give you 20 pumpkins in 1 hour or it can give you 20 pumpkins in 10 hours.

Do smiling pumpkins need to be opened before end of this event? As in, will they disappear from inventory after Dec 6

No even if you keep the pumpkins for 10 years you can still open them then, they don't have an expiry date but yes the event ends on the 6th so you won't be able to farm anymore as the xmas gifts will be added in 2 weeks.

Maybe on new world if none spent any money to get Papa Legba or got lucky and got Jaguar. But that's just not possible as there is always at least 1 person that will spent over 100 euros/pounds/dollars in the first day of a new world.


If you are talking about the Speed event , it's actually very easy to obtain many bonds with almost not doing anything. You just simply complete Save the Saloon Part 1 and 2 and you start doing daily quests that give bonds and also until you complete these quests you will end up with around 200-220 bonds ( probably even more ). You can either buy cactus box and farm even more bonds through dailies to get the cactus +1 or +2 but untill you do that you will have more possibilities to have over 400M to buy Gringo set than being able to upgrade your cactuses. Nothing is unfair in a speed world, it's all about being online for more than 18 hours a day if you want to chase XP category which is quite sad and very unhealthy but we know for a long time now that InnoGames true purpose is to milk as much money as possible from it's customers before unplugging the game for ever rather than caring about their players.

How can you qualify for any category if your pumpkins didn’t drop a vaquero, a musician, or a Nahuatl? this gives your opponents a 3-day head start, a big head start
