Edit: You know, the more I think about what you said the more disgusted I am. I don't know where you live or how you were brought up to where you would think that is a funny joke. It is not. It is terribly insensitive. I know I'm not the most sensitive person on the planet so when someone makes my jaw drop it has to be pretty bad.
