Little History?
If you all talk about Las Vegas Mexico you might mention Antonio Armijo. He was a Mexican merchant and trader. Along with sixty other men and one hundred mules they crossed the wide expanse of the Colorado Plateau. In doing so they forged a route through the desert in route to southern California. The year was 1829. On the Spaniard’s trail the name vegas means meadows in English.
Mormon pioneers settled in the area around 1857. In 1859 gold was discovered in the region. Gambling and lawlessness pursued. In 1861 Congress created the Territory of Nevada and President Abraham Lincoln (1861-1865) shut it all down.

Yes it does indeed fit. The meadow that existed in the territory of Nevada before it was Nevada was part of Mexico. The day of the dead or Dia de los Muertos in 1800's Mexico was a celebration both of life and death where people welcome back the souls of the deceased for a brief reunion that includes food, drink and observance.

but will you give them their money back? if someone bought nuggets specifically for this sale and spent them on Lucille's items, will you just take these items from their inventory and give back the nuggets, or will you also take back the nuggets and give them back the money they spent on them?

They didn´t do either for now, there are players walking around in full Lucille gear
Of course, if someone would like to receive a refund they are more than welcome to contact us and we will assist them in receiving back their money.
There were only a few players affected, and we have already did all the refunds.

No need now Artem already there are towns that have built up. You can pick up a find mare easily. The Polish Hussars for example have horses up to Yuma in their general stores.

I think that the tier 1 shops are perfect for the founding towns, however it would be nice if the stocks that they offered rotated daily (or were fixed with certain quest items in certain founding towns).
You have to build your own towns, find drops from jobs, make use of the market and use the mobile trader, not rely on the founding towns for starting gear at 4x the normal cost.
This is (or, was - before the game became tombola simulator) also an important mechanism in driving players to join towns with better shops.
