I've changed the Attack to Damages (Fort Battle Sector Bonus). This are two different bonuses. One has a fixed value and the other one is per level instead. That's why we have two bonuses on the wiki.

Not really. The bonuses are different. There was never a "per level" sector damage bonus in a set bonus so far.

Sure, for the damage bonus; I didn't dig into that. Looking at Array4 in Lee and Array8 in Black Heart, all the tags look the same. Neither have a roundingMethod tag, as they are static bonuses.
