Nice to see how everything is divvied up. Keeping up shouldn't be too very hard, all you have to do is watch battles (says the one who is not doing the updating).

The big forts haven't really exchanged hands too much because defenders have an advantage right now. As long as defender can rally enough troops to defend, it's quite difficult for attackers to prevail. If you want to conquer forts, it's best to focus on forts held by smaller towns without a lot of allies.
