Who, What, Why, When, Where & How?

Darek looked back at Rolf, who was mowing down a sizable number of the creatures with his firearms, burning much of his precious ammo in the process. "Showoff", he thought, turning to face another creature. He pulled his weapon through the scaly neck of the creature, killing it. With his field of view cleared up momentarily, he took a moment to count the bodies. Combined, the party had killed at least eight or nine of the creatures. Given that only seven of their pods landed, there couldn't have been too many left. Regardless, the rest of the group seemed to be retreating, and the last thing he wanted was to be left alone on an alien world. Thus, he began stepping back, blade still pointed at the dwindling creatures.

Elizabeth came into a kind of hazy state of alertness as she felt someone pick her up. The contact with clean air had helped purge her lungs of the smoke, but she was still having a hard time breathing. She focused in time to see the person who was carrying her smile at her, stating his name. It took her a second to realize that the person was a man...which meant that they had either been rescued by the locals of wherever they landed, or that there had been captive men elsewhere on the ship. She went with the latter explanation, since the man...James, his name was...seemed to be in a similar shape she herself was in due to her captivity.

She shook her head slightly to further clear the effects of the smoke in her lungs, then replied, "Thanks James...I'm Elizabeth...thanks for helping me...I inhaled too much smoke on our way out..." Her attempt to say more was halted by a vigorous fit of coughing that left her light-headed again. Aside from the physical ramifications, she was becoming concerned that the smoke would affect her ability to play her horn...and indeed her other wind instruments. She realized this was silly to think of this now, when she didn't even know for sure where she was, but once a musician, always a musician, she decided. When she felt she had recovered enough to talk again, she added to her earlier statement, "I'm sorry for being such a burden..." She detested the fact she didn't think she could run in her current state, and the fact that that meant James had to risk himself to help her...although she appreciated the fact that he had taken the time to help her...she would express her appreciation properly once the smoke had left her lungs for good, she decided...for her paltry thanks before didn't cover it in her opinion.

When David looked back he saw the others in the fight and heard Rolfe call for help. He quickly and carefully laid the girl he had been carrying on the ground and turned on his heal squatting down on one knee and lifted his M4 and took aim through the ACOG scope that was mounted to the gun. he knew it was sighted in perfect or unless the aliens had messed with it. He took aim on the closest creature to Rolfe and squeezed the trigger, as luck would have it, the aliens hadn't messed with his sights. The gun gave a small jerk as the bullet left the barrel flying through the air and punching a dime sized hole on the left side of the monsters head and completely blowing the right side of its head off. He quickly changed targets repeating the first move on another with the same affect. He watched James pick the other girl up and switched to cover them firing and exploding the head of one of the monsters that was less than a foot away from James that he never noticed was closing in for an attack. "I think its time to go you two, we are gonna need the ammo later so save what you can Rolfe" he yelled to the others.

Mandy ran around several more corners; her path being blocked again and again by wreckage or fire. The fire was so intense in some places that her skin felt like it was also on fire. She could hear voices in the ship, but was never able to make her way towards them. Then again, she wasn't sure that she wanted to. She came around another corner and stopped abruptly.

She gasped. Standing in front of her, at about six and a half feet tall, stood another alien being. She trembled and took a step backwards. Where in world was she? She inhaled sharply. What world was she in? The being was hooded with a long silver robe; its face, pale green with yellow stripes of varying sizes, peered out with large silver eyes. Its hand shot up, aim some form of weapon at Mandy.

Mandy's naked body quivered with fear as she stared at the being. The alien stared back intensely, but slowly lowered its weapon. With its free hand, the alien pulled off its rob and offered it to Mandy. She saw that the alien was also female; she was dressed in a leather halter top and loin cloth, had a manacle with a short length of chain on each wrist, and wore a spectacularly bejeweled anklet on her left ankle. The alien sheathed the weapon in a holster at her hip; Mandy deduced the weapon to be a firearm: it was a shiny, short, metalic rod.

Mandy took the robe from the alien and drapped it across her bare sholders. About two feet of it dragged on the ground, but it was better than nothing. Suddenly, animalistic howls were heard in the distance. The alien looked back at Mandy one more time and then ran off, bare footed, down the corridor towards the sounds.

The remaining Gargoyle-like creatures on the ground, roared triumphantly as they charged in toward Rolf. As they closed in, they swiped with both clawed hands and feet, looking for every intent and purpose at trying to eviscerate the man. As the lead Gargoyle-like creature closed in toward Rolf, everybody heard a distinctive high-pitched whine followed by a dull thump. A ray of blue energy, which caused the air around it to shimmer with heat waves as it seared through it, slammed into the side of the creature before it reached Rolf with its outstretched clawed hands. The creature grunted as it cartwheeled through the air sideways from where it had been struck, crashed into the dust of the planet, and lay motionless and smoldering from where it had been struck. A second fell as it's head exploded from a well placed shot by one of the humans who had fired to save Rolf.

The three remaining creatures, which had been engaging the man, abandoned their prey in favor of the new threat. They howled and began scrambling up the ship toward a new alien, which had emerged from within Kalemia. The alien was about 6'5", appeared to be female, and had dull green skin with yellow stripes of varying width and length covering her entire body. Her face was contoured with sharp facial features, her eyes were larger that a human's and appeared to be reflective silver. A large mop of black dreadlocks sprouted from the top of her head. Her hands were narrow with a thumb and two fingers, all of which had long black talons, and her feet had three toes in the the front, and one protruding from above her heel, and a long narrow tail thrashed around behind her like an agitated cats' as she turned her face up toward the sky.

She wore a tan leather halter top and loin cloth, each wrist had a thick manacle with a small dangling portion of chain attached, and a thick bejeweled anklet adorned her left ankle of her otherwise bare feet. She carried an obvious alien device in her left hand, which appeared to be an energy firearm, based on the empty holster strapped to her left thigh. She raised the weapon, and a sound much like an object charging up was heard, followed by a dull thump as the weapon emitted another searing blue ray of energy, which flew harmlessly passed the two flying creatures.

The alien returned her attention toward the three creatures scramling along the hull toward her as she slid the device into the holster on her thigh. She withdrew the 8" rod from its sheath strapped to her right thigh, as she ran down the hull to engage them. As she neared the three, she raised the rod which fluidly and seemlessly extended to a full six feet, and forming tapered points at each end. She grabbed the staff in both hands, and twisted, while twirling the rod in a blurring motion striking and sweeping the legs out from underneath the front two creatures. She stood and cracked the staff underneath the third creature's chin, slicing a deep gouge in its throat, even as she looked over her shoulder at one of the first two closing in on her, after already having gained its footing.

Her tail snapped outwards and wrapped around its ankle while she twisted, lifting the creature bodily off its feet and releasing it to tumble down the hull. She raised the staff and slammed it down in the center of the torso of the first creature she'd knocked down, impaling it into the hull of Kalemia. It writhed and tried to pull the staff out of its chest, but it proved to be firmly imbedded and pinned to Kalemia. The alien looked upward, as the two flying creatures began to swoop down at her in a full speed dive. She reached behind herself and drew an intricate looking dagger with two blades. She twisted her hands over the handle, and the dagger broke into two seperate blades. She twisted in place and released the daggers upward, where they spun in whistling arcs, and sunk into one of the swooping gargoyles's chest causing it to plummet and crash.

She dodged the second as it swooped down at her, and grabbed onto its ankle as it flew passed her. She dug her heels in, and braced her legs as she attempted to keep the thing from flying upward to make another dive attack. The creature crashed into the hull, and she released its leg. She crouched down, holding her arms out in a defensive posture as she watched the creature slowly regain its feet.

Tawfiq found himself staggering from the amount of he had to do running as he approached the man, who fortunately had not been abandoned by the better armed and more capable men of the party considering that a couple of the monstrosities had dropped. However Tawfiq could only watch as one of the beasts prepared to gouge the man, before being hit by pulsating beam of light. Tawfiq by this time walking watched as the creature was sent sprawling, and had time to follow the beam to its source. Which was to say the least an incredibly odd creature. However hoping that the creature was friendly he finally reached the fellow who he had intended to help, only to become a burden as he collapsed a few feet from the fellow...

David watched in amazement as the alien female literally laid the smack down on a few of the creatures. He was even more surprised by her saving Rolfe as to see they had been imprisoned by the aliens, it just wasn't making sense. David watched as the creature she slammed to the hull started to rise and he quickly took aim, after he lined the shot up he pulled the trigger and felt the M4 jerk as the bullet ripped through the air headed for the gargoyle thing that was just standing up. David knew the only way questions would get answered was to ask and a dead alien cant answer and seeing she saved Rolfe she might be an ally.

DeletedUser25825

The alien straightened calmly as the creature's face imploded as the bullet fired by David made its strike. She turned her head to face the gathered humans, and then looked around for other impending attacks. She lifted her hand and pointed at the few gargoyles who lay about still moving slightly, before she stepped up to the one she'd impaled with her staff. She curled her hand and swiped it across the still struggling creature's throat, tearing it open, and turning her head away from the gout of black blood which splashed against her.

She wrapped her hand around the embedded staff, and it fluidly retracted back into a short shiny rod, which she slid into the sheath on her right thigh. She walked to the fallen creature with her blades jutting out of its chest, and plucked them out. She shook them off and twisted the two blades back together to form one, and tucked it behind her. She turned her head to regard the humans, and ducked instinctively as the ground shook as another explosion in the aft of Kalemia occurred. She straightened and looked up at the skies, before looking back at the humans.

She walked down the hull of Kalemia, and hopped onto the sand. She moved over towards David, watching him as she approached, and then passed him. She kneeled down next to the woman he'd been carrying and unwrapped the blankets from her small form. She tilted her head as she studied the cyborg, and rolled the woman onto her front. She tore at the back of the woman's rags, revealing more of the devices that had been grafted into her body. She carefully brushed her fingers across the mechanism, and turned a small dial. The woman twitched, coughed, and slowly picked herself up to a seated position. The green illumination in the lenses covering her eyes slowly widened, and her head turned as she surveyed the scene.

Mandy hugged the rob close to her body and hiked it up so that she could run after the alien. Obviously, she knew how to get out of here. She lost sight of her, but Mandy continued in the direction she had last seen her go. The howls she had heard before became louder as she went along. Finally, she came to what seemed to be a door. Of course, it was in shambles, but it was a door of sorts. It looked like the kind of door you would find on a sci-fi spaceship. Mandy paused. She had just encountered an alien being. She obviously was on a spaceship.

Mandy stepped outside. She recoiled in shock. More of the wolf aliens were dead, slain, on the ground. A human male was firing a gun at some more of these terrible aliens, and she looked up to see the alien who had just given her the robe fighting the wolf aliens herself with her alien weapon.

Mandy saw eight other humans; a total of six men and four women. She looked closely at the fourth woman, something was strange about her. She had a screen over her eyes and her face was expressionless. She quickly made her way over to the other humans, perhaps they had an idea as to how in heaven's name they had ended up here.

It was then that Mandy started to take in her surroundings. As she made her way through the wreckage, she looked at the ship she had just exited. It was colossal. She'd never seen a building this large, let alone any sort of craft. Above the ship, she noticed the moon rising. No. She noticed moons rising. Well, I guess that means that I'm not on planet earth any more. Stunned by the realization that she was on another planet in our universe that could sustain human life, Mandy looked around; looking for other differences. Closer attention to the vegetation of this planet could have told her that she was no longer on earth. Even the grass was different. It was an odd shade of green, with a purple hue. Small flowers like dandelions had large stamen and were colored in all kinds of florescent colors. Even the trees were different, and were of as many varieties as there were on earth. It was too much to take in.

Mandy looked at the others, "We need to get out of here! This crash site will attract all kinds of attention we don't need!" Mandy looked up to the alien that was helping them. Can she understand me?

Rolf had just killed another alien gargoyle, but had gone through his second magazine in the process. Only three left. But, before he could even press the mag release, Rolf was surrounded by the remaining four gargoyles. The leader apparent was pulling his arm back for a deathblow, all the while Rolf was trying to reload his Desert Eagle. Barely had he gotten the spent magazine out, right before the chief gargoyle clawed Rolf to Valhalla, or this world's equivalent, he was saved by a deus ex machina of sorts. A light pulse came from some source, striking the gargoyle down, prompting all present, Rolf and gargoyles all, to turn toward the source of the energy pulse.

There, standing there with a tube or pole, was an alien, a tall, green, dreadlocked, tailed, female alien. His deus ex was one of his captors, thought Rolf, well, probably one of her captors, he wasn't sure. That didn't matter, it was time to get out of the way, and allow the aliens some grown-up alien fight time. The three remaining gargoyles charged at the alien, she fought back, what sane sentient being wouldn't? Rolfwatched in amazement at the fight. The fight was amazing, hard to follow, but amazing. Rolf was a believer in firearms over blades, but at that moment, Rolf decided to expand into the blade business, maybe learn how to make them. But that was for another day.

The fight was over, and the alien deus ex was victor, the gargoyles were slain. No more battles for the moment, thank God for that. Maybe it was time to introduce himself to the alien, if she spoke a language Rolf spoke. Chances were that she didn't but it wouldn't hurt to try, would it? Rolf picked up his purple beret, which had fallen off his head during the fight, holstered the Eagle and buttoned up his suit, and walked over to where the alien was. She was crouched over a woman, whom upon closer inspection, was not a normal human. It looked like she had large goggles on, green coming out ofthem. Curiosity overrode Rolf's greeting intention, causing him to kneel in front of the goggled woman, next to the alien. He asked it, "What happened to you? You look like you need medical help, now."

As the alien squatted by the girl he ejected his M4 magazine and noted he fired four round which meant he only had twenty six to go as he quietly mumbled to himself as he reinserted the magazine. The alien was working on the girl and he could help look over her should and had mixed feelings at what he saw because he angered at the cruelty of the aliens but also slightly fascinated by the advancements in their technology. he quickly looked around and shook his head "I think the little lady hear has a point, we need to move cause this is bound to bring some more unwanted guest" he said pointing his thumb at the half dressed female.

The pain in James chest was starting to get intense, black spots started blurring across his vision, "I need to put you down Babyluv I think i've cracked my ribs" besides with the aliens or at least the more aggressive aliens dead he felt they'd be safe enough. staggering the last few steps towards David and the rest of the group he lowered Elizabeth gently down to the floor before collapsing down next to her.
His vision continued to swim in and out of focus, clutching his hands to his chest he gasped at the pain...He'd only felt this kind of pain once before when during a bar fight he'd been hit in the chest by pool cue, the large bald man playing his chest like a xylophone, two of his ribs had broken back then and it'd taken several days in hospital to fix them, now it seemed they'd broken again but this time there'd be no paramedic to help him. Taking deep painfull breaths James vision cleared enough so he focus on his surroundings, turning to face Elizabeth he smiled weakly all previous bravado evapourating "I hope your a doctor babyluv because I ain't feeling too good" it was around about that point that he blacked out, dead to the world whichever one this was

Name: Christian Ramms

Gender: Male

Age: 29

Occupation: Mechanic (restores cars, so he’s also an expert on metalwork)

Langauges Spoken: German (Native), French, English, Russian

Appearance: A bit skinny fellow, Christian weighs about 75 kilos and is 180 cm tall. He can usually be seen in a pair of dark blue jeans with a wide-ish dark brown leather belt, an oily brown T-shirt, sneakers and a baseball cap which has “HEMI” written on it. He occasionally wears a pair of aviator sunglasses (which have silver frames). He has short bristled dark brown hair and a moustache, which somehow gives him a bit somewhat of a dangerous/scary appearance. He has brown eyes and is a bit dark-skinned. He has a skull with a green beret tattooed on his left biceps with “Fremdenlegion”, two dates (apart about 3 years) below it and an anchor with two crossed wrenches on the right biceps. Limps his left leg. Smokes heavily.

Equipment: Walking stick (made of aluminium, wooden handle),cigarettes, Zippo, painkillers, light green ’70 Plymouth Hemi Cuda which contains a Colt 1911 with three mags and a few boxes of extra ammo, a utility knife, 120 Euros, a carton of Marlboro Gold, a large rucksack (olive green), a four-season sleeping bag (olive green), a fishing rod and a pretty good tool set. Also has a small house in the suburbs of Potsdam which contains a heavily modified old Kar98 rifle (new optics and stock, used for hunting) and about 150 rounds (hand made by Christian).

Biography: Christian grew up in Berlin. He was an adventurous and restless person from an early age: at age 14 he started smoking and drinking, at age 15 he hitchhiked to Spain just for kicks. Still he managed to get fair results from school and after high school he decided to become a marine engineer. After finishing school he was conscripted into the Bundeswehr where he served his time in the 13th Mechanized Infantry Division, 41st Mechanized Brigade, 401st Mechanized Infantry Battalion. After that he worked on a cargo ship for a few years and saw the world (he’s been to USA, Japan, India and Somalia to name a few), but was bored and joined the French Foreign Legion where he served with the 2eme REP (2nd Foreign Paratrooper Battalion) and 13e DBLE (13th Demi-Brigade of the Foreign Legion). After 3 years in the Legion he was sent to retirement because of injury (his left knee was shattered, it hasn’t and will not recover and forces Christian to occasionally use strong painkillers). He settled down in Potsdam and opened a small car workshop where he has worked for a few years now, but he’s becoming bored again and is thinking of leaving and going to Siberia to become a hunter in the great woods there.

There was no bright blue light. There was only darkness. Blissful darkness. No agonizing bright blue light. Christian realized his eyes were closed. He did not want to open them. His perceptions were returning. He smelled the damp air. He felt something cold against his back. Something hard. A wall. A wall of metal. Pain was taking hold again. His knee was on fire. He felt like the next heartbeat would burst open his veins and kill him. No. He hoped it would. But it didn’t. He reluctantly opened his eyes. Even the gloomy room made his eyes ache.

Where was he?

Why was he there?

There were others in the room. Christian heard them argue amongst themselves. A guitar. Weapons. The door. It never opens. The door. Christian could not bring himself to opening his mouth and saying something. He closed his eyes again instead. He was on the glade at the end of the path. The strange little man was there. The strange little man with a suit and shiny shoes was standing in the moss. In the sunshine. Christian stepped out of the shadow of the trees. He examined the man. What was such a man doing in the middle of the forest? His instincts told him there was something weird about the man. He approached. And there it was. The light. The blinding, agonizing bright blue light. Christian passed out again.

When he opened his eyes again the room was empty. There was smoke in the air. There was a fire. He had to get his stuff. He somehow knew that it was there somewhere. No point leaving without it. Christian had always thought that he would prefer to die quickly and painfully rather than slowly and painfully. That meant he would rather try to get his stuff and maybe die in the flames than go out there without it and maybe die of hunger. He found a room with equipment. His stuff was there. It hadn’t even been touched. It seemed that whoever took him had also took the toolkit from his car. Seeing his modified old rifle which was at least twice as old as he was he suddenly remembered - he had been on a hunting trip. On the third day he had met the strange little man in the forest. “And I woke up here. Where ever here is,” he thought. He stuffed as much of the toolkit as possible to the rucksack and also attached the pistol to one of the shoulder straps, then hauled it on his back. He threw the shoulder belt over his left shoulder and rested the rifle on his chest. He poured some water from the canteen to his shirt and pulled it over his mouth and nose. Finally he took his walking stick and headed out of the room. He had a sleeping bag. He had plenty of ammo for the rifle and two extra clips for the pistol. He also had a few days’ supply of food. He probably wouldn’t last long if he ran into someone hostile.

Through some miracle Christian managed to limp his way out of the ship. He almost give up on the final metres but accidentally stumbled out of the ship at the same spot as the others. He fell over and began to once again feel the pain in his knee. But he wouldn’t be able to do anything. Yet. Now he would just breathe. Air. He had no idea that air could taste so good. The grass looked weird. It had a purple shade to it. Christians hands began to shake as the pain in the knee became more intensive. It started to blur his vision. He managed to get the painkillers. He swallowed one and sipped some water from the canteen. He didn’t know or care if anyone had noticed him. He wouldn’t even notice if they would be standing two metres away from him. He lit a cigarette, coughed and looked around.

Once the creatures had been finished off, Darek wandered back into the ship. Since the others were somehow finding Earth weapons, he figured there might be enough to go around inside. Soon, he stumbled upon the magical miracle room that Christian had discovered. Finding that it functioned much like the Room of Requirement at Hogwarts, he pulled out a lifetime supply of food, water and medicine and grabbed all the supplies and firearms he could need. Tents, sleeping bags, stoves, machetes, tarps, generators and all that stuff was all in there, and he hauled as much of it as he could carry outside, only to discover a super magical radio among the rubble. He used it to contact Earth, and NASA sent a big fancy spaceship to take them home. And they all lived happily ever after.

Just kidding. All he really found was his P-83 Wanad and a few bags of trash, since the aliens seemed to have a habit of taking stuff that was around their victims when they were abducted. He figured there might be something useful buried in the trash bags, so he dragged those out as well. Once the job was done, he took a look around at the scenery. He took note of the strange trees and purple grass that formed a lush prairie around him. "Wait a second", he thought, "wasn't this a desolate, lifeless rock a minute ago?"

MIDROS
______________________

The small cyborg turned her head slowly as the illumination retracted in her lenses and emitted a broad beam which washed over the assembled humans and one alien as she stated monotonously, "MIDROS classifying." The beam retracted as she announced, "Classification complete. Nine humans, six male, three female, health questionable, armed with no imminent threat posed. Identified, Ziv, other identities unknown. Aanji'el, female, healthy, armed with no imminent threat posed. Identified, Sh'Siquar'Na."

The woman turned her head to face Rolf, as he remained crouched in front of her, grew silent for a moment before continuing, "MIDROS diagnostic request." She lowered her head, as the green illumination receded to pinpoints, before expanding after several seconds. She straightened her head and announced, "Diagnostic complete. Mobile Informational Data Operating System, MIDROS. Somnikiln, female, health questionable, cybernetics functional, connection with Kalemia currently inactive."

The alien stood up as the cyborg activated, and remained still as the scan washed over her. She regarded the humans silently, as her tail swished back and forth idly. She looked back up at the sky, and then around the landscape, before returning her attention as the cyborg began speaking. She looked away toward the aft of the ship as a large fire broke out from one of the large gaping holes in the hull. She returned her attention to the humans once more.

During the attack, Ziv relinquished MIDROS to some male, and was about to work on gathering up Elizabeth, when a second male came up. She took the weapon, and moved toward the group, to help defend. She never got a chance to fire off a shot, as the creatures never threatened the group she was with, and the tall alien appeared and wrapped the remainder up rather quickly. She watched the proceeding moments for a few moments, before she wandered a short ways away and bowed her head. She closed her eyes and murmured quietly.

Elizabeth saw James go down, making a half-joke, half-plea about needing medical help. She also distinctly heard James refer to her as "Babyluv" several times...but that wasn't important right now. She struggled to a sitting position and saw Ziv a short ways away. She took as deep of a breath as she could without coughing and yelled with as much force as she could, "Ziv! James needs help!" This exertion of her smoke-infested lungs made her light headed enough to almost lose consciousness again. She weakly gestured over to James, hoping Ziv had heard her...then slowly sank back to the ground, trying hard not to pass out again.

DeletedUser25825

Ziv opened her eyes as she heard Elizabeth call out to her. She moved over and squatted down next to James. She smiled, pointed at herself, and said in heavily accented English, "My name Ziv. Israel Defense Forces soldier. Not knowing much first aid, but maybe help yes?" She gently prodded James, wincing with him as she pressed against his sensitive chest. She shook her head saying, "Maybe is broken rib." She looked at his face, then returned her attention to his chest. "You having no blood from mouth so maybe hairline break. Hurting much but no", she frowned and shook her head, "not knowing English word." She demonstrated her thought by sliding her index finger between the fingers of her other hand while saying, "Broken bone go in lung. Thinking not that."

She looked around and gathered the blanket that had been covering MIDROS. She tore several strips, while saying, "Hold arms out like airplane." She began to tightly bind the strips around his chest as she apologized and explained it was for the best in Arabic, though she doubted he'd understand. She looked over and saw Tawfiq sprawled out as well. She pointed in his direction and called out, "Some person here maybe to check", she closed her eyes as she snapped her fingers impatiently, until the name he'd given her was recalled, "Tawfiq! Some person need check Tawfiq is ok. I help one moment after wrapping done."

DeletedUser28032

James snapped back into consciousness as someone stared prodding his ribs, pain lanced through his chest though thankfully his breathing was better, no punctured lung that was a relief, muttering a few choice words in Irish, he noticed that he'd been joined by another girl, smiling she introduced herself as Ziv before setting about bandaging his ribs with a strip blanket. "Its an old break I got from back home the ...Gargoyle?....must of re-broken them when it slugged me" with his arms spread out and two pretty girls stood either side of him James couldn't help but think that if this is what happens when you break your ribs then he may have to do more often, another burst of pain however told him that it was a stupid idea.
Out to west he could see the sun (OOC: forgot about that one) setting behind the mountains in the distance, the tree's and grass took an almost pschadelic hue compared to the red desert that they currently sat in, it was a good two miles at least until the first tree appeared though they'd probably satnd a better chance out there than they would here, afterall they would food and shelter if they were to survive out here.
Whilst Ziv finished with the "bandages" around his chest James ever the ladies man decided to make the most of the situation "So how did two lovely ladies such as yourselves come to be stuck in a place like this then?"

Mandy turned and looked at Sh'Siquar'Na. Several explosions rocked the ship, and fires burst out in places where the hull had collapsed.
"We need food, water, medical supplies, weapons, and clothing," she shouted above the din. "Do you think we can still find some from the ship?"

As she waited for Sh'Siquar'Na to respond, see looked about in the debris of the crash. She found a long piece of sheet metal and two broken pipes and started to fashion a makeshift stretcher out of it. It seemed as though they would have to carry the cyborg who referred to herself as Midros.

DeletedUser25825

Ziv shrugged as she tightened the last knot with a sharp tug as she said, "Same luck all others here. They took me from Israel street when seek strange noise." She patted James on the shoulder, stood up and moved over to Tawfiq to check his vitals. When she found a strong pulse, regular breathing, and no obvious injury, she assumed some manner of smoke and age had brought about his unconscious state. She looked around, saw a medium sized rock, and rolled it over. She propped the man's feet on top of the rock, and sat down in the sand to wait for him to regain consciousness.

Watched several more fires erupt from the breeches in the hull, as plumes of thick, acrid smoke began to rise. She looked at Mandy as the human stood near her and began talking to her. She stared for a few moments, said nothing, and returned her attention to the Kalemia, then looked up at the sky. She turned away from the ship, and walked over to where MIDROS was. She crouched down next to the cyborg, who turned its head to regard her. Sh'Siquar'Na spoke to MIDROS, in an alien tongue as she pointed at the humans. The alien's language sounded extremely musical to the others.

The cyborg tilted her head, and straightened it shortly there after, as she responded in her monotonous voice to the alien in a different language that was full of hissing sounds. Sh'Siquar'Na shook her head, and switched to a different dialect with a series of clicks and pops, which were not understandable, but familiar to several humans who had heard it spoken in recent memory. MIDROS responded in the same language. Sh'Siquar'Na then spoke two words. MIDROS straightened slightly more, and repeated the two words Sh'Siquar'Na had spoken, and then announced in English, "MIDROS interpret." Sh'Siquar'Na nodded, stood and for a few moments, she spoke to MIDROS at length in the language MIDROS and she apparently mutually understood. While she spoke, she pointed at the ship, and then toward a distant grove of trees, before looking up at the sky and then back at the humans.

MIDROS waited until Sh'Siquar'Na stopped speaking. She announced in her monotonous tone, "Sh'Siquar'Na states, aliens avoid the craft. The fire suppression system is malfunctioning from the Erametin attack. More of them will arrive, and the best defensible position that is immediately available is the flora in the distance. There is a good chance the Erametin will ignore the aliens if they are no longer near the craft. Erametin are a scavenger race, and very stupid. MIDROS interpretation complete." MIDROS spoke two words to Sh'Siquar'Na, who nodded and continued to face the humans.
