It also Gives Advantages, Mass Recruit, Mass Coin.
So It is worth it if you would like a little extra of the game.

Thats not an advatage. That just makes the game, like i said, easier to handle. If TW gave extras the way The West gave them, then the Premium Account would allow you to have greater resource income, faster traveling troops, greater morale against a target, or faster troop speed. Something like that. The premium here gives unfair advantages to those that pay.

Tribal Wars gives more then The West

It gives more features for sure, but the west offers greater features that actually gives a game advantage not some fancy picture or layout.

Once again. All of those are extra FEATURES. What you pay for in The West is gameplay advantages that enhance your actual CHARACTER/PLAYER and not necessarily the way the game is going to be handled by the user.

Imo TW PREM makes it more comfortable to play while TW PREM (lol, the west this time) makes the game easier.
Kinda sucks tbh.

Tribal wars premium makes the game actually playable when you get more villages.

Where as here i'm sure you can be a high level but still play without premium things.

Unless you lived on TW i can't see anyone with more than say 150-200 villages been any good at all without premium.

100% agree, its kinda BS if you ask me it gives advantages in a duel too. If PA were that way on TribalWars the non paying people would be nobled quicker or something it would be a totally unfair advantage say even a 5% off and def bonus or something

can i just ask, Why buy premium accounts at all?
seriousely whats the point spending money on a game that probably wont be around forever?
now dont get me wrong im tempted too but simply aint old enough to get any money + with inflation it will be harder :p

Pointed out by others and i point it again:
In TW there are no premium features that affect game play (except building queue), only the game look and easiness to control.
In here premium does affect the game play which is kinda unfair. Why? Let's see, premium costs WAY too much, the game is WAY too beta and on top of that i can't buy premium in my country.
What can i say, the game need:
- cheaper premium
- different advantages
- premium buying options
- ...

pffft i can handle accounts with or without premium in tribal wars with ease, its just easier with the premium and saves a massive amount of time especially with the scripts that are available. so in either game you can play without premium but of course it has its advantages. are the ones for the west worth it? IMO not really, 4 different options and each only lasting 14 days gets very expensive over a long period of time.

Tribal Wars yearly cost: ~$36.90 (American).

The West yearly cost: ~$39.85 (American) per option.

~$159.40 (American) for all 4 per year.

um maybe since its new and the people that made it hope no one realizes this and floods them with money so they make more and pass runescape as a huge money making online game (when it was actually a good game anyways) ;)

costs more since people are trying 2 get a fast money ;)

Now, i do understand some things, as i work in game industry as well.
The programmers developed the game and now they want 2 get money for that time. That means lot of work and short time for the product, needing more people in development. That's why is expensive. You mainly pay for product development.
For Tribal Wars, the product is pretty much developed, only some new features and scripts added, some minor fixes, but overall, only a small team is required. That's why is cheaper. You mainly pay for product maintenance.

Now, what i do not understand is: the game is not a gold version (that is ready to go), it's more a beta, and we all test it. The forums are a proof as they collect valuable information on how the game needs to be developed. And, as we are useful for them testing an unfinished product, they should also give us advantages for this. And that is cheaper premium.

Instead of having premium options last 14 days, they should last 30 days. For them - minor modifications in programs, no other modifications required in payment options, costs, nothing. Just internal modification. And for us, will mean cheaper premium. And i am sure that will bring more money than this situation, since many of those who don't afford premium will try 2 buy an option, and those who do afford 1 or 2 options will try 2 put some more options.

even if the options lasted a month i would have no problems buying one even 2 options but for only 14 days i am not going to think about it. i know they are 2 completely different games but runescape is only 5 bucks a month a you get a lot, i mean a lot more stuff and updates and everything are made constantly as well as having a huge support team. so i do not get this great jump in price for, as stated, a beta type game with not much benefit at this time.

I just invested a little money in some nuggets. I'll see how much benefit I get from them and then decide if I'll spend any more.
