A better question would be which ones are you buying?
I'm seeing them to be prioritized: Automation > Income > Energy > Duelling.

I think you should get 1 nugget for every 10 levels you pass. Then players who can't buy it, still have a chance of getting it. Simular to the 500 point thing in TW.

Premium on this game cleary provides an advantage. However, I won't be spending any money until i'm sure this is a worthwhile game.
