praying and church?

It's stated in the rules that you can't tell anyone what prayer does.
Plus no one really knows what it does.

Here is my answer to your question...

Church

The church is the place for a private prayer. The consequences of praying are secret and will not be revealed by anyone. Even the support people do not know the answer.

Praying always takes 15 minutes. It is not useful to pray constantly.

Here are some observations of players about praying:
  • It increases your luck on finding an item.
  • It increases your luck on doing a job.
  • It increases your chance on finding anything.

Ive also observed the opposite, I was getting an item every 5 jobs or so, I prayed once after finding an item, and it took over 30 jobs to find another item

PRAYER IS just a way to do something good if u believe in rituals and think that it should be a part of game too

I prayed before I searched for the Union Flag, and I found one right away. I've heard of others searching for over 140hrs and not finding one...just a thought...

I cannot believe it-- I did the job "repair fences" for a quest like 3 times... nothing. Then, with 78 motivation, I prayed, and did the job. 2 hammers in one! Then, I prayed, and guraded a fort. A flag!!:D

Previously I had spent about 30 hours trying to get the flag.

Read this thread this afternoon, prayed before guarding the fort, got the flag:cool: Halleluia brothers and sisters, I have seen the light :D

Like I said, why buy premium? Premium income is +50%, giving you a 3% chance to find a flag, but prayer is +4900%, giving you a 100% chance. :nowink:

Please elaborate. I desperately have been trying (like many
others)to figure out the so-called "secret" of the church, and
have yet to figure it out. I've bought sunday clothing, crosses,
song books. All in the attempt to find the note part 1. So far,
no secret of church, no note part 1.

Please tell us more... :)

It's not clear as to what the secret of the church is, there are many speculations.

I don't pray at the church but I have managed to find note part one a few times before.

But the church has to be there for something, the sleepyhead set, with all five items equipped you get +1 on pray. So it's there for something.

personally when I pray at least 1 time per week, I usually find more items of value. If I pray more than 2 times per week, findings usually fall off for me ---

So, with the full sleepyhead set, praying would give you a +4901% chance of finding a Union flag! ;P

I was being facetious. Praying doesn't give you a 100% chance of finding a Union flag or any other product. My point is that it would make no sense if prayer was anywhere as effective as premium income.

Having a building in town that doesn't do anything is a waste of space and we should know if praying does or doesn't do anything......weird.:mad:
