BK has been here for a long, long time.
He has been spamming non-stop, and if he has perma infractions that would not surprise me.
Probably he is in a permanent state of probation, due to his many bans, and each time he returns he quickly violates the terms of said probation.
Either way, this is none of mine, nor your buisniss, so stop inquireing about bans/infraction.
