Finally got it, I came back after ages of trying before and in 4 hours work this time I got it. Now I get a nice grey bowlers hat as a reward.

glad i read this thread... i got a flag my 5th or 6th time before i made level 10 and chose soldier. i was actually thinking about selling it to get a better weapon... pfew*

AAAAH! Been guarding the fort about maybe 30 times (no exaggeration!) each for 2hour slots and with 100% motivation and still haven't found this damn flag! Does anyone know the deal with it??

Not the first time ever, and not from trading, but it's got the same chances. I have 9 notes part 2 on that world.
