4. If there is any ideological dogma, it can be found here in that conflation, which is entirely based on the propaganda of the (stupid) ideological wars of the previous century.

5. If only arrogance compels one to accept that their own beliefs are so completely justified that dissent can only stem from stupidity, I think you have just called yourself arrogant.

There is a world of diffrence between ignorant and stupid.

Finally, let me ask you; What qualifies you as an authority on the subject?
You clearly attempt to establish yourself as one in that way you blatantly push aside everything said in the discussion thus far calling the opposition both arrogant, a tool for communism, and ignorantly stupid.

I searched and searched. I can find nothing in the English language news. I did find out about Saera Khans psychic phone calls, however. What a sad loss for your government. :nowink:

I find it sad for a multitude of reasons that she did call those phone lines, but I shall not go into detail here.

Knut Storberg is the name of hte politician in question.
He has been getting ALOT of flack recently for a few suggestions he put forth:
- THe introduction of a new blasphemy paragraph
-This paragraph would get you taken down for racism in court if you were rude/insulting towards someones religion. Got massive flack for this, and they withdraw the motion.
- Advocating that wearing the hijab as part of the police uniform should be allowed for women whom wants to do this. The objective was to open the doors for female muslims whom felt compelled to wear a hijab due to religious(=cultural) reasons.
Lapps would still not be allwed to wear traditional lapp clothes/symbols, nor would christians be allowed to wear huge crosses. So this one got retracted as well.

There was a third one, but that wasn't as bad as the two others. He did get a lot of flack for these two proposals, alot of it personal. Nothing else can be expected when you propose to reduce the freedom of speech we enjoy and want to allow police officers to cease beeing the uniform, but rather become the individual.

So religions which insult everyone by telling them they are going to hell (or whatever) and are evil sinners aren't allowed to be insulted themselves? Nice!
