Click on the minimap, and then look (hard) for a small grey dot along the right hand edge of it... there is one in each of the 4 Continents in the East representing Ghost Towns.
When you find it, click it and it will zoom your main screen in on it. Click the Town and a popup will appear, click anywhere on that screen and you will be directed to the Hotel Menu. Select the Janitor's Closet and then click Sleep.
