Inactive players, those who are basically AFK must have a deletion petition. In Tribal Wars, they do this to people who turn AFK. They are just a waste of space. Actually, I think its fun if they reopen the world so that new people can actually have a chance to get here which is perhaps the most developed of the 3 worlds available so far.
