im not saying theres a law of physics, but the precedent set by the devs makes it clear that they want it not to be
I agree, stats first and names later. Can we ignore the job titles? It doesnt matter what the jobs are called, as long as we get some jobs that are needed.
Let's get the jobs sorted and then we can move the job titles (or create new ones) to match the skills needed.
If you try to make every job match the random job title I have given it, we won't get anywhere near trying to make jobs fair.
you could always combine jobs too like harvesting then milling

As Gamecmdr said you must remove the Aim & Dodging, but once that's ficed it looks good to me.[spoil]I'm not an expert in skills in relation to 'advanced strategy', because I've so far opted for simple 'play, have fun & don't mind to much' strategies.
But could this be a basis? (Names of jobs 2, 4, 5, 8, 11 & 12 have been "borrowed" from Evil Monkey)

Depends on the type of Fiction. For example hunting a Yeti would be a bit absurd but searching for El Dorado or something like that could work. Also things like building a robot would be a bit weird...
+ stamina, i think inventing need a lot of that
