World/Server Numbers

Im realtively new to the game and I searched all the forums for this so I gotta ask-only some of the worlds(servers) are numbered some only have names-so can someone post a list of server/world names that include BOTH number and name? Spurred to ask by the new world closure announcement made MAr 31-Apr 1 2014. Anyone willing to throw me a bone on this are thanked in advance.

Worlds 1 through 12 are just named "World x", eg World 1, World 6, World 10 etc.

World Names

World number | Name
13|Arizona
14|Briscoe County
15|Colorado
16|Dakota
17|El Dorado

Yeah the Worlds use to just be called whatever number they were launched in. It's different now, which is nice. El Dorado is the newest but everything is Freaking Expensive. Handcuffs are 10,000$. Pickaxes fluctuate between 3-9K$

Just insane.
