Those ideas are always closed in the Ideas and Brainfarts, because the game won't be changing in such a way. The devs have already decided how to help workers and stated that in The Roadmap.
This ain't the first "whiny" thread that does not see sunlight. And it was not moved in the Saloon because the last thing we need is another worker thread.
