i guarded the fort for 2 hours and got a union flag....
and i still haven't gotten to the quest where i need it...:dry:

ive gotten the note from trading multiple times

ive traded a lot and still no note but i try to only do a job when i am 100 on motivation i think it helps so dont just keep doing a job over and over switch it up a bit
