Why is some of the game in german?

i am walking to a town and this is what it says, i can guess its german and a couple other things are german too, but mostly its english, why is this? cant they just have a german and english versions? or just english?

World 5 I'm guessing? I don't know if you were here for the w5 "World Not Available" problems, which were fixed a couple days ago, but since they fixed it, w5 has been having some German text. There are a few scattered examples elsewhere, but mostly that's where you'll see it.
