TIPS and Character bonuses. plus what is the advantage of tactic in soldier class?

if anyone chose soldier class what will they get from tactic skill bonus?

and which one is better Adventurer or soldiers if you are not going to duel a lot?

state any good things about your character and what you do to level-up your duel level quicker.
