Simple - the leadership in BLS saw the writing on the wall, NO assistance from the rest of the so called MC "alliance", so they made the smart move of turning the town over to someone who would run it better! that's the short story behind how the MC lost the (then) 13. best ranked town on world 10 - not to mention a bunch of fort ressources :laugh:
