all users can view everyone's skill & item.

It cause high probablity of victory for dueler.

they can see skills & items of target.

So very easily, they will calculate about duel.

And choose duel or not.


in consequence
all dueler have very high stats.

they kill only weakened people, so that all win.
currently system like that is too boring, has little thirlled.

Like scouts in Tribalwars? Maybe, but then there is no risk or fun in duels.
