Our construction bind was recently remedied. Now we have plenty of room for new citizens.

What classes are required: All classes are welcome.

Town Descriptions: Members of this town will not draw first blood on a non-combative worker!

Call it mule-headed? Stubborn? Don't want to abandon the $43k I've put into the town if I don't have to. There are traveling builders around, if none of them are looking, I will look for them soon. I'm not in a hurry.
