Wanted: New Town Mayor

I am retiring from W5 and am looking for someone to take over Rio Bravo town located far lower-left corner of grid.

This town has a little bit of something for everyone, good location for quests, a scuffle with a neighboring town to keep duelers happy, active forums, active good players many of which have stuck with the town since its founding.

Currently has 18 members and building levels are as follows:

town hall - 8
residences - 5
bank - 7
hotel fully constructed
gunsmith - 8
tailor -10
general store - 9

Hi,whats invovled in being a town mayor?why are you retiring from the game and doesnt anyone from rio bravo(great movie)want to take over the reigns from you.
