erm, if you were really disappointed with a teamate, just ko him/her at last straw if all was lost, like you can't get the opposing team to not gain where they needed one point.
I doubt using friendly fire on purpose would solve any issues. It's best just to ignore the problem and try and improve in the next game if you get the same teammate.

It's not like you can target someone in your own team if you want. You would have to move and trap the person you want to hit (unless you are absolutely sure your opponent will not move) and have him stand in the middle of you and your target in order to hit him.

No, you will still lose if you kick him, absolutely no point of doing it at all.
