Just to elaborate on this:
If you've ever played Runescape, it will be somewhat like the fan website http://tip.it.
No updating world data, but rather a comprehensive list of items, skills, jobs, quests, guides etc. All the data will be interlinked and searchable, so you could easily find the jobs with the best XP or Money percentages, or find only the jobs that require a certain skill.
The design and basic infrastructure is already done, so it should be online in a day or two but Innogames isn't going to release a full list of quests or items for at least 6 months so it'll be a question of new items/data being added as the game progresses and people level up.

There are some high powered weapons/items that can only be found from jobs and that you have a really low chance of finding. No one on the German game has even found them yet so they don't want everyone to know all the items from the start.
