The Commitments is a town that has been passed from person to person several times without truly developing a player base. At present most buildings are at level 2 with the exception of the bank at level 4 and the town hall at level 3.
As it stands, I and Calingaladha are the current "Founders" of the town with no other members, so we are looking to expand. The town is open to any active players no matter what their level. The first few players who request it can be promoted to Town Counselor. At present the town has no enemies or friends and is a good place for new players to come to have access to all the benefits a town offers (free room and board, cheaper shops) without the threat of getting drawn into battles.
