i do believe you cannot see it yet because My General Store is at Level 2. and Blue Indian Necklace is an item available at General Store Level 2. But, People from External Village can only see items available inside other town in this manner:
Other Town Level - 2 = Items available at the result of the equation

I do believe what happened when you check my town general store is like this:

Kahit Isang Saglit General Store (lvl2) - 2 = 1 (level 1 being the lowest).

so the only items you saw was my available items at Level 1 (namely Brown&Yellow Bandana, Donkey).

and please do not reply with another post rather Private Message me here, or talk to me in game. thank you.
