When quests have to be performed between certain server time periods, sometimes the time period is during a users' real life sleep period. Since many people suffer from sleep deprivation, why can't timed quests be set to be done twice a day, during the same time period, but once in the AM and the other 12 hours later in the PM. This type of change would alleviate some peoples sleep deprivation and reduce stress, since getting up during the wee hours is stressful.
