Howdy all!
With the release of The West 2.0 on all Beta worlds, thousands of players from all over the world are busy testing the new features, giving us valuable feedback, and let's not forget about reporting those pesky bugs. All your support makes it possible for us to improve the new version even more and thus creating a whole new 'The West' that everyone can enjoy playing!
But now it's time for us to give you something back – A Duel Scene contest!
What do you need to do to take part?
We want to put your creative skills to the test and allow you or a group of friends to create a 'The West Dueling Scene'. Be it a video, a comic, a poster, a story, a cake or whatever smacks your head harder than a speeding bullet
Don't forget to include the topic of the contest 'The West Duel Scene Contest' on your artwork!
What prizes do the winners get?
Our jury will have the opportunity to choose the three best entries, and these will be rewarded with two awesome Nerf Guns for a real life dueling experience. Along with that, 1000 nuggets will be added to the server of your choice!
How do you send your duel scene to us?
Please upload your artwork and send us the direct link of the file.
We recommend the following upload sites:
- www.youtube.com for Videos
- www.imageshack.us or http://tinypic.com or http://imgur.com for Images
- http://www.docdroid.net/ or http://www.zoho.com/ for other files such as text files or pdf files.
After uploading your artwork, please send the direct link of the uploaded file, image or video to contest@team.the-west.de.
Please include your full name, player name and the server you play on.
How much time do you have?
Best you start right now! This contest closes on Thursday the 27th of September 2012.
Be creative, grab your pens and cameras, dust off your photoshop skills and create the coolest ‘The West Duel Scene’ ever for a chance to win Nerf Guns and 1000 nuggets!
