i have just read the frst post ..
and luks like clearly NEU is nothing but jus goin to be another normal alliance...maybe rite now they are saying tat bein neutral..and other things...but tats how each alliance has started here...but later they all become power hungry...
and if anyone wants to be neutral they why join NEU they can do tat by not joining any alliance..tat in itself means neutral
