Once a year for St. Patricks Day the Chicago River gets turned green !
And people always ask, "Well if they can turn it green one day a year how come they can't turn it blue for the rest of the year ?"
(It's kinda brown-ish color normally ...)
However, a better question is how do they turn it green ? And the answer is they let Oprah wash her money !
