Support Ticket Response Time

I have submitted a support ticket because I am unable to access my account. It has been a day and a half now and I have not received a response. Yes I know that's not a terribly long time but when you pay for a premium account and the time is dwindling away it is frustrating to not even have someone look at your ticket.

Can someone tell me what the expected response time is? Thanks.

Please be patient as the Community manager can only look through one ticket at a time.
