I read on another thread that there are quests triggered by equipping a fishing pole or a pick axe or a sledgehammer.

What do you do to actually get the quest?

Also, someone said there was a level limit of 20. Does that mean max level or min level?

I am new to the game and this forum so please forgive if I am beating a dead horse :unsure:

Min level 20 all 4 quests offer the same reward for 6h of working on a certain job: 500 exp and $500.
Is fishing rod, sledge hammer, pick axe and spade.
