well you don't know what it does, all we know is that you pray. i might try to find a song book from praying, but what would you have to do (not wear hat, stuff like that)?

Devs have apparently said on the German forums that prayer has random effects and shouldn't be overdone. I'm not sure if that means it will just stop working if you do it too much or if it will begin to have negative effects. Either way, don't count on getting items or products in your report. I really doubt the report size would vary, giving a bigger prayer report to make room for an item, if found, as the normal one doesn't have room to show an item.
