Sleepyhead set items

Anyone knows any town in world 4 that has sleepyhead items for sale?

I tried on weststats but that items are not even imported for search under Town menu.

They are not available in any stores you must find them doing jobs.

There are a lot more towns on regular worlds than in Beta. If Sleepyhead set items were available in shops here, I guarantee someone (probably 20 someones) would have asked what the point of the item with no bonuses was.
