Could an admin/mod clarify if it covers both HP and energy regeneration? Since HP regeneration is also dependent on amount of max HP, supposing it would mean that if you have premium energy:
150 (total energy) / 6hrs.(sleeping at fort barracks) = 25 energy/hour + 1.5(6% regeneration bonus)= 26.5
* Still not worth it IMO, unless all parts of the set provide over than 30%
