Simple Pics

A couple of mine that were made as character portraits for people in a RPG I used to play. The first is a San (dark) Elf and the second a boring human. They aren't as good as a lot of the work I've seen here, but I still haven't learned to draw real well with a mouse.:sad:​

This is a portrait someone had me do of her son. I've switched computers a few times since I did it, and don't actually have a copy of the finished picture.

You mean that's not the finished picture? The face looks great!

Thanks. I do tend to be a bit of a perfectionist (but unfortunately, far from perfect), so I had to even out some of the blotchy skin, darken some of the shadows and add a few more highlights, etc. I've only been using the computer for my art work for a few years, but I'm hoping to eventually be able to get to where it's at least as good as my sketches and paintings. I'll never get rich off them, but they do bring in a bit of extra money now and then.
