Silver mining

I would like ask, why I can't find silver mining in the minimap?
Is it missing or I need to do sth to make it appear?

you will need more labor points

its difficulty is 193

skills needed -vigor,toughness,fine motor skills and x2 trading

But it's not shown in my minimap, how can I know what points of each skills I need?

it will only be shown if u have -30 or -50 labor points

u can have any no. of skill points juts ur sum have to be 194
