Server Errors

Currently we are experiencing severe DNS problems on all games and versions at this time. Some of the Master Servers don't work at all, and some do. The result of this is that it is impossible to login. This disruption might move to the-west.net while repairs are underway.

There is a team of technicians working on the problem now. Hopefully we will be able to solve this as soon as possible. Please do not submit support tickets reporting this.

Our provider at the Data center, Artfiles has a network error. They have sent out people to the data centers for fix the problem. We have no influence over their work, therefore we can right now not given any estimate for when everything will be up and running as it should again.
