When you are on the imageshack homepage you see something like this.
Select the image/video bullet, then click on browse to select the image from your computer, select the image then click open. Once you are done, you can directly click on upload now or input your e-mail address and then upload.
When the image is uploaded, the imageshack view will change and you will see the picture you uploaded and a set of links and codes that you can use to post your image on the forum. Chose the forum code to post the link as an image and appear like the one above, or chose the direct link to post it as a clickable text that will take users to your uploaded image.

PS: you need to have your screenshot saved as an image in your computer before uploading.

How can i have a screenshot saved as an image? That was my real question..
1. Print screen (somewhere on the top row of your keyboard, you usually have to shift because it's on top, assuming PC, Mac might be different).
2. Open Paint (or any other image editor). Ctrl+V to paste the print screen into a new image.
3. a. With a more advanced graphics editor, crop the print screen to the area you need. Just save the image and you're done.

b. With Paint, Choose the selection tool (a dashed box) and select the area you want to save. Continue below.
4. Ctrl+C to copy the area.
5. Ctrl+V to paste (creates a new image)
6. Save the new image.

Upload it to the image host of your choice. I prefer http://imgur.com
