Recipe for a Black West Gateau
Ingredients:
20 Wood (for fire)
1 Wooden whisk
3 baking molds ( 3 cooking pots, 2 hammers)
1 cooking pot
2 jug of water (2 jugs, 2 waters)
7 ground coffee
4 butter (4 bottle of milk)
4 flour (self-raising of course
)
7 sugar
2 egg jar
2 bottles of milk
3 whisky
2 jams (4 blueberries, 4 sugars, 2 charcoal (2 wood, 2 granite) )
10 berries
Method:
Prepare an oven: Dig a hole in the ground and place a fire inside using wood. While your fire dies down to amber prepare your cake.
Step 1:
Boil 1 jug of water and add 5 ground coffee. Add 3 butters, stirring, until completely melted. You should have a nice coffee flavoured butter for your cake.
Step 2
Mix together 4 flour, 5 sugar, 2 ground coffee in a cooking pot. Whisk the 2 eggs jars and 2 bottles of milk. Mix the coffee flavoured butter and the egg mixture into the dry ingredients, add 2 boiling jugs of water and whisk with your wooden whisk until the cake batter is lump free.
Step 3
Divide the mixture between the 3 tins and bake for 25 mins, after 15 to 20 mins swap the tins round in your oven to ensure even cooking.
Step 4
Drizzle 3 whisky over the cakes. Cool the cakes.
Step 5
When the cakes are cool, whisk 1 butter and 2 sugar together until softly whipped. Spread over the 3 cakes, then spoon the jam over 2 of the cakes. Stack the cakes together, the one with no jam on top. Pile the 10 fresh berries in and around the cake and serve.
