Question about support

I reported someone today and after I sent it a message came up saying "You must wait 5 minutes before opening a new ticket."

Does this mean that if I want to do another one I need to wait 5 minutes, or that the one I just sent didn't go through for some reason, although I had not sent a ticket prior to that?

On a related note, if I want to report offensive names and they are all from the same town, do I need to send one ticket for each person or can I just send it for one and include the others in the text?

Wait til v1.19 comes out tomorrow-ish and then report the names ... it'll be alot easier.

If you click on support you should see your original report and it's current status.

I suspect the 5 min timer is to prevent them from getting spammed by nonsense broken quests complaints or similar requests.
